[EN] I have witnessed a colleague violating the Code of Conduct. What action should I take?

[EN]

The Code of Conduct is designed to help us each understand our rights and obligations and is not intended as a way of catching out colleagues.  That said, if you see a flagrant violation of the Code, you ought to address it.  Ideally, you should discuss it in a constructive fashion with your colleague, using the Code as a vehicle for dialogue.  Should circumstances not make it possible, or appropriate, to have this form of discussion, you could contact your hierarchy, the Human Resources Department or Internal Audit. If the violation involves an interpersonal conflict you are involved in, you could also contact the Ombuds Office.
