Supervisor
This is unprofessional behaviour. Try to address it with your supervisor or Department Head. That failing, prepare a factual summary and contact the Human Resources Department or the Ombuds Office.
Treatment during meetings
Q: I was humiliated by my supervisor in a meeting attended by several colleagues. I thought I was being over-sensitive so I did not react at the time, but a number of my colleagues commented to me afterwards that they felt I had been unfairly treated. What should I do?
A: You should share your feelings and the reactions of your colleagues with your supervisor or their supervisor. If this does not have any effect or if you feel you cannot discuss it with your supervisor, you should contact the Human Resources Department or the Ombuds Office.

Attempted or actual retaliation against a whistleblower is strictly prohibited and may lead to disciplinary and/or administrative action. Contributors who believe that they are, or could become, victims of retaliation for whistleblowing or for actual or perceived cooperation with an investigation are encouraged to contact the Head of the Human Resources department, either directly or through the CERN whistleblowing line.
Working methods (structure)
Standard project management practices are important to ensure that your fellow team members are able to be effective in their roles to contribute their best to the overall work. In addition, in the event that the work of the team needs to be replicated or built upon by others, it is important that a record exists of how the work was accomplished.
