I am a CERN contractor, who sub-contracts certain work. Does the Code of Conduct apply to my sub-contractors too?

General

Yes.  The Code of Conduct also applies to sub-contractors as a condition to their performing their activities on the CERN site. CERN expects that contractors encourage and work with their sub-contractors to ensure that they are informed about the Code of Conduct and that they comply with the relevant parts.
