CERN promotes the development of a culture of respect and integrity in the workplace and proposes the following ethics-related training courses:
- The Active Bystander programme is an online interactive workshop. It aims to empower staff to challenge unacceptable behaviours and bring about cultural change through the reinforcement of messages defining the boundaries of such behaviour - duration 1.5hours.
- Taking the Lead - Creating a Culture of Respect is an online interactive workshop designed to help CERN managers to establish a healthy working environment - duration 2.5hours.
- As part of the 'Respect in the Workplace' initiative, a list of useful online resources is available to support your learning and awareness about harassment, respect, diversity, inclusion and much more!
