Follow the new performance management at CERN interactive e-learning module which focuses on the CERN Career Structure, Benchmark Jobs and the Merit Evaluation and Recognition Integrated Toolkit, and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Purpose:
- Modernise policy, streamline resources and increase motivation.
- Rationalise the career path structure and salary scale.
- Ensure CERN long-term sustainability by containing costs.
- Adapt to the Bologna process.
Measures:
- New salary grid
- Calculation of International Indemnity
- Fellowship introduction of Probation Period (implementation 1 January 2016)
- All related amendments to SRR, Administrative circulars and Operational circulars and the Admin e-guide have been implemented as required.
