The Talent Acquisition group is responsible for the recruitment and sourcing of candidates for all programmes at CERN, from students to staff.
We are committed to attracting the best candidates and to providing diversity in our candidate pools to enable hiring managers to select the right candidates for the roles.
We ensure a fair and transparent selection process and act as partners in these processes with our hiring managers and department representatives, working with them to understand their needs and guide them in the various steps.
We accompany (guide and advise) candidates from the moment they apply for a position until the selection is finalized.
