The Leadership portfolio is designed to strengthen leadership capability across the Organization by offering integrated, high-impact learning solutions.
These programmes support leaders at all levels to develop the competencies required to lead in CERN’s unique and complex environment. Through a combination of structured learning, executive, and leadership coaching, and 360° feedback, participants gain deeper self-awareness, strengthen interpersonal effectiveness, and build the skills needed to address real leadership challenges.
The learning journey focuses on understanding personal leadership style, how leaders relate to others, and how to lead teams and projects effectively. Participants develop a holistic view of performance and people management, grounded in CERN’s leadership competency framework, enabling them to lead with clarity, accountability, and impact.
