Theme 1: Develop a healthy professional involvement

As you may have read in the Bulletin, part 1 of the Work Well Feel Well series looks at developing an awareness of health indicators.

What are the symptoms of stress and the warning signs for you at work?

We suggest you take a short quiz that will help you evaluate your general wellbeing at work and identify any warning symptoms. The aim is to avoid chronic stress and to maintain a good work-life balance for you.

As a first step, you can find here a checklist and a questionnaire. This assessment will remain strictly personal. Of course, you are welcome to discuss it with your supervisor and/or colleagues, and CERN's support structures are also available to help you talk things through.

The campaign, Efficiency and caring at work, designed by psychologist and specialist in burnout prevention, Catherine Vasey, invites you to explore the topic from different angles, deepen your knowledge, share your experiences and complete exercises made available on this website. We encourage you to take an active part in the campaign and the quest for a better quality of life at work.
